The Breakfast Routine

Alex Ortner, from Raw For 30 Days, has posted two videos to the blog sharing his morning routine. These are great for people who are interested in changing their eating habits, but not really sure where to begin. Watching someone who is living the life lay out exactly what they do can be a huge help in see where you can get started yourself.

So head over, watch the videos, and see if you can incorporate some of his ideas into your own morning routine. You may find that is is incredibly simple and delicious to do!
